Thank you to everyone who completed our patient feedback survey and a big thank you for the overwhelming support and the many kind compliments, words of encouragement and suggestions.
The major concern identified is the difficulty experienced getting an appointment in a timely manner with the doctor of your choice. We are working hard to solve this however in the meantime, we recommend that you make your appointments well in advance to secure your time and GP of choice.
Some of you asked for a décor refresh and others have asked for a bit more variety in the music. We have refreshed our playlist and will work on the decor 😊.
